A great post by Andrew Chen on why its important to build systems to fail quickly and learn as quickly as possible. This is similar to Eric Ries and Steve Blank's thoughts on the customer discovery and validation process I.e. Build stuff that customers actually want and learn as quickly possible on what they didn't want.
